1) If the quantity or types of goods are found to be incorrect, you can contact E Beauty within 7 days from the date of receipt. After E Beauty confirmed, the exchange services is free of charge
2) Please understand that we are unable to exchange the goods or arrange any refund if the goods are found to be open ( including the packing box, tape, damage or dirty ) 3) Any goods for exchange, the buyer must provide the invoice issued by E Beauty 4) The buyers are entitled to have a exchange service once under one official invoice 5) In case of disputes, E Beauty's decision shall be final and conclusive. |
